Stichill W.R.I. meets on first Tuesday of every month, at 7.30pm. The Guild meets on the second Tuesday of the month in the Church Hall, Stichill at 7pm. Robert Scott, bap 12 Feb 1793 at Lempitlaw Spouston, married Janet Clark bap 26 Jan 1794 at Temple Hall Morebattle, and had nine children. Their daughter Mary Scott, born 1830 at Queenscairn, married Robert Shiell at Yetholm in 1852. They had 10 children at Yetholm.
